What is the recommended approach for creating a film or TV script? Should the script be written first or should the story be developed first? Why?

d)- Desperate Housewives means that there NEEDS to be some kind of a big crime that overarches not only a season but the whole series. There needs to be someone in your story whose definition of “desperation” results in consequences.
